Findings

How these numbers were produced

Walked every .ts/.tsx file under src (715 files) and regex-matched from "@/components/ui/<name>", from "./<name>" and from "../ui/<name>".
Matches inside src/components/ui/ are counted separately, so a primitive used only by another primitive does not look like it is used by the app.
Line counts are the real file line counts, not estimates.
"In registry" means a file of the same name exists in docs/ui-bank/shadcn/items/new-york/ (the offline capture of the official shadcn registry, pinned to upstream f5bb039c, 363 items).
